Golden Taxi Driver app collects location data to enable tracking your trips to work and calculating distance traveled even when the app is closed or not in use.

Golden Taxi built the Golden Taxi app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Golden Taxi and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Golden Taxi unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We also provide information regarding how you can access and update your information and how to use the personal information you encounter in your interaction with the Golden Taxi web and mobile services users.

Personal Data We Process:

Name, e-mail, phone number.
Geolocation of drivers and driving routes.
Information about vehicles (including registration number).
Drivers efficiency and ratings.
Drivers license, photo, profession, and identification documents.
Data about criminal convictions and offences.

Purposes of the Processing:

We collect and process personal data for the purpose of connecting customers and/or merchants with drivers to make deliveries through the Golden Taxi mobile and web platforms.

Geolocation and driving routes are processed to analyze the geographical area and give suggestions to the drivers. If you do not want to disclose your geolocation for passengers, you must close the Golden Taxi application or indicate in the Golden Taxi application that you are offline and currently not providing transportation services.

Legal Basis:

Personal data is processed for the performance of the contract concluded with the driver. The prerequisite for the use of the Golden Taxi services is the processing of drivers' identification and geolocation data.

Recipients:

Your personal data is only disclosed to customers and/or merchants, whose order has been accepted by you. Customers and/or merchants will see the driver's name, vehicle, phone number, photo, and geolocation data. Customers and/or merchants also see the driver's personal data in the receipt.

Security and Access:

Any personal data collected in the course of providing services is transferred to, processed, and stored in the United Kingdom. Only authorized partners and employees of Golden Taxi have access to the personal data, and they may access the data only for the purpose of resolving issues associated with the use of the services (including disputes regarding delivery services).

Processing Passengers' Personal Data:

You may not process the personal data of passengers without our permission. You may not contact any passenger or collect, record, store, grant access, use, or cross-use the personal data provided by the passenger or accessible to you via the Golden Taxi platform for any reason other than fulfilling the delivery services.

Access, Correction, Retention, Deletion, and Data Portability:

Personal data can be viewed and corrected in the Golden Taxi Driver Platform.

Your personal data will be stored as long as you have an active driver's account. If your account is closed, the personal data will be stored for an additional 6 months.
